Boiled Eggs

Our fresh eggs are first boiled under carefully timed and temperature controlled conditions. The eggs are then rapidly cooled and de-shelled by automatic peeling machines. After further inspection and grading, the eggs are packed with a covering solution into tubs kept chilled until the moment of delivery to our customers.

The Fridays Boiled Egg Range caters for a variety of welfare, pack format and speciality requirements.

Dips

A specially developed core range of quality dips including guacamole, tzatziki, houmous, taramasalata and tomato salsa is available to food manufacturers, caterers and food-to-go retailers.

The finished product is packed into a variety of tamper evident formats between 500g and 5kg.

Pasta salads

We have a specially developed core range of salads including coleslaw, potato salad, couscous, Italian pasta, Indian rice and beetroot salad. Cooking pasta, noodles, rice and grains in the same factory allows us to use the freshest ingredients to assemble our delicious salads.

The finished product is packed into a variety of tamper evident formats between 500g and 10kg.

Coleslaw

We have a specially developed core range of salads including coleslaw, potato salad, couscous, Italian pasta, Indian rice and beetroot salad.

Tuna Fillings

Classic recipes including tuna, egg, chicken and prawn mayonnaise make up the core of our sandwich fillings range for our food manufacturer, caterer and food-to-go retailer customers. From simple tuna mayonnaise through to Mediterranean tuna chunk we manufacture the tastiest fillings to meet customer specifications.

Egg Mayonnaise

Our in-house egg boiling department gives us complete control over the cooked eggs used, with egg mayonnaise chopping and mixing taking place in the same high care production factory.

As a result we have developed a range of high quality egg mayonnaise recipes for food manufacturers and foodservice providers.

A variety of recipes and chop sizes are available with our NPD team constantly investigating new products to market.

The cooking process takes place in the high care production environment of our purpose built factory.

A variety of rices, grains and pulses are available with our NPD team constantly investigating new products for the market.

The finished product is available in MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) packed formats between 400g to 5kg.

We also supply our cooked ingredients assembled into finished salad products in a variety of recipes in pack sizes between 500g and 10kg tamper evident packs, complementing our salad range.
