With egg production and manufacturing being very much at the heart of our business, we are well placed to deliver the highest levels of technical excellence, freshness and quality to our boiled egg customers.

Our fresh eggs are first boiled under carefully timed and temperature controlled conditions. The eggs are then rapidly cooled and de-shelled by automatic peeling machines. After further inspection and grading, the eggs are packed with a covering solution into tubs kept chilled until the moment of delivery to our customers.

The Fridays Boiled Egg Range caters for a variety of welfare, pack format and speciality requirements.
