Our in-house egg boiling department gives us complete control over the cooked eggs used, with egg mayonnaise chopping and mixing taking place in the same high care production factory.

As a result we have developed a range of high quality egg mayonnaise recipes for food manufacturers and foodservice providers.

A variety of recipes and chop sizes are available with our NPD team constantly investigating new products to market.

The finished product is packed into a variety of tamper evident formats between 500g and 10kg.
