Our Egg Mayonnaise operation seeks to satisfy demand for a variety of Egg Mayonnaise recipes from food manufacturers and foodservice providers. As egg producers and packers we are excellently placed to source a variety of egg stock. An integrated operation with our egg boiling department gives us complete control over the cooked ingredients used.
Egg Mayonnaise chopping and mixing takes place in the high care production environment of our purpose built factory.
A variety of recipes and chop sizes are available with our NPD team constantly investigating new products for the market.
